Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Conima Cosmetics LLC, you agree to recurring charges in accordance with the subscription frequency selected at checkout. Your payment method will be automatically charged on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time prior to your next billing date by:

  • Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription settings; or

  • Contacting us at conima.cosmetics@gmail.com OR +1 (929) 269-2670 at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

Cancellation requests submitted after a subscription has been billed, processed, or prepared for shipment will apply to future billing cycles only.

No Refunds

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, all subscription charges are final once processed. We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been billed, processed, or shipped.

Failed Payments

If a recurring charge is declined, we reserve the right to retry the payment method on file and/or suspend or cancel the subscription at our discretion.

Modifications & Termination

Conima Cosmetics LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate subscription services at any time without prior notice.

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
