Returns & Exchanges

At Conima Cosmetics, every product is carefully handmade and packaged with intention.

Because we are a small business with a limited team and due to the nature of our body care products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, we care deeply about our customers.

If there is an issue with your order, please:

  1. Email us at conima.cosmetics@gmail.com OR call +1 (929) 269-2670

  2. Call the store directly within 72 hours of delivery

  3. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once we review your case, we may offer a resolution at our discretion. This may include a replacement, store credit, or another form of compensation, depending on the situation.

Please understand that compensation is not guaranteed and will be determined after review.

What Qualifies as an Issue

A valid issue includes:

  • Cracked or broken packaging upon arrival

  • Product leakage caused during transit

The following do not qualify:

  • Slight color variations

  • Texture differences

  • Natural air pockets

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections

  • Scent preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

All Conima products are handmade in small batches. Variations are normal and part of the handmade experience.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for products purchased transfers to the customer once the package is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered delivered.

Conima Cosmetics is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and may include limited insurance. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
