Conima Cosmetics LLC has a processing window of 7–10 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. Because our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or launches.

After placing your order, you will receive:

• An order confirmation email

• A shipping confirmation email once your package has been scanned by the carrier

Please note that Conima Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked as delivered but not received.
